For anything about the VolunAura platform itself — sign-in problems, a link that never arrived, something that looks broken, or a request to correct or delete your information — email support@volunaura.org.

We read that mailbox Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific time. We aim to answer within one business day, and to get to sign-in problems sooner. These are the targets we work to, not guarantees. Mail that arrives outside those hours is usually seen the next business day.

Automated VolunAura messages come from an address nobody reads. Write to support@volunaura.org rather than replying to them.

The organization running the shift handles anything about the shift itself: running late, directions, parking, weather, what to wear or bring, what the work involves, and last-minute changes.

Use the contact details the organization gave you — in the shift instructions, in a message it sent you, or from whoever signed you up. VolunAura is not on site and cannot reach a coordinator for you or make a change on the organization's behalf.

A sign-in or signup link did not arrive. Check your spam or junk folder, confirm you used the exact address you signed up with, and wait a minute before asking for another one — requesting several in a row cancels the earlier links. Adding VolunAura to your contacts helps future messages get through.

You need to withdraw from a shift. Open My Volunteering and withdraw there. Doing it early lets someone on the waitlist take the spot.
